What is a VFFS Machine?
A VFFS machine takes flat roll-stock packaging film and turns it into a vertically sealed pouch while simultaneously filling and sealing it.
? Forming Stage: Flat film passes over a forming shoulder/collar to create a continuous vertical tube, and a vertical sealer seals the back edge.
? Filling & Sealing Stage: Transverse sealing jaws press, heat-seal, and cut the bottom of one bag and the top of the next bag in a continuous cycle.
